The Pastoral Support Worker at CHPA plays an important role in focusing on the wellbeing and emotional support of pupils to ensure their physical, emotional and social needs are being met within the school environment.
At CHPA the Pastoral Support Worker will be responsible for identifying strategies to help overcome individual pupils’ barriers to learning, coordinating the development of pupils’ individual pastoral support plans and reviewing ongoing progress towards set goals.
