PTA AGM

On Friday 15.9.23. the PTA held their AGM where we reviewed the past year and re-elected current committee members for the coming year. We had another successful year fundraising for the school with well supported events, such as the end of term discos, the Christmas and Summer Fayres, litter picking events, and the trial of our first ‘Bingo Night’, which was very popular and for those who attended, will be pleased to know this year we will be hosting another ‘Bingo Night’, followed by a ‘Quiz Night’ in the new year! As well as events outside of the CHPA day, the PTA also contributed to areas within CHPA by gifting all pupils and staff with a memorable keepsake for the Kings Coronation, donating towards the cost of the Y6 leavers hoodies and during the Christmas period, we wanted to add an extra sparkle to the run up to Christmas by gifting every pupil of CHPA with a gift-wrapped book and fully funding the fantastic pantomimes ‘Dib & Dab and the Christmas Elf’ which were held for everyone and thoroughly enjoyed by all. If that wasn’t’ enough, we also held weekly, (if the weather wasn’t too harsh and we had the volunteers) our much loved ‘Treat Friday’s’ to end the CHPA week. Throughout the year, there were also 5 occasions where we gave away treats for FREE to celebrate the end of term and as a thank you for the continued support we received during each term.

PTA Events Update

Treat Fridays will continue to run (weather/volunteer dependant) until Friday 22nd December and will begin again after the Easter holidays. We have a mixture of treats, 2 for 50p. Exact change is appreciated and if you would like to help on these stalls while you wait to collect to your child, please let us know.
