As part of our Inspire to Aspire work, pupils in KS1 and KS2 took part in an engaging careers-focused workshop delivered by ESH Group Construction. Rachel and Megan provided fantastic opportunities for pupils to learn about a range of roles within the construction industry, including architect, quantity surveyor, bricklayer, site manager, and more.
Pupils were able to try on the PPE equipment associated with each role and take part in hands on activities to gain a real-life insight into the world of construction. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
