For WBD2023 we had so much fun to build our love of reading and reading for pleasure.
We even have a special menu for lunch!
We had fun reading Neil Gaiman’s Crazy Hair in a whole-school assembly. Each class then spent the morning reading and completing activities based on a picture book. In the afternoon, Y5 and Y6 pupils went into each class to share their love of reading. Pupils were then given their own World Book Day book to take home and enjoy. It was a fantastic day due to the hard work of our dedicated staff. The children looked amazing, so thank you for your support at home.
